Food is always a great source of energy. There are a number of foods that contain enough quantity of Vitamins, Calcium and Minerals. The food that provides energy and livelihood to the human body is known as high-energy foods. This can supplement numerous medications and therapies related to body and mind and can prevent many of the diseases and infections. These kinds of foods should be added in a daily diet to have an additional energy supplement. Green vegetables are in the top of the list. Many of the green vegetables like the sprouts, asparagus, spinach, broccoli etc are a great source of energy. These vegetables can be eaten in any form and recipe. Second are some of the nuts. The nuts like soy nuts, peanuts and almonds are very much perfect for health. The other source is yoghurt.



Yoghurt is a great source of Vitamin B and C. An everyday intake of healthy food is very necessary. In a lack of energy resources like vitamins and much-needed minerals, human body can suffer with many kinds of health hazards like arthritis, bone diseases, anemia and asthma. Asthma is a chronic disease and is also affected with the immune system.  One should always recognize asthma symptoms. Asthma is actually a disease related to the lungs and the airways. The person who experience the sickness face a lot of difficulties related to breathing. The asthma patient suffers with cough especially at night. He will also have tightening on the chest with a pressure. The patient can also suffer with tenderness in the airways and lungs. Every body, whoever is suffering with the infectivity may not have the similar symptoms or may not have the breathing problems every time, however, in a condition which is allergic or unfavorable to him/her or if the patient inhales a polluted air, it can result in asthma attack.
