When a person gets affected to the symptoms of any allergy or to the allergic conjunctivitis, he may suffer from the itchy eyes. These kinds of spots are mostly detectable when you look at a plain background with no illustration on it. In unusual cases, a person who is diabetic and suffers from eye problem, they might cause this small spots in front of your vision; however such type of spots does not drift or float. Floaters or spots generally produce in vitreous, which form like a gel substance that block up the back part of the eyeball.
